How much do your parking spaces cost?
Our prices vary depending on the size of the space. Check out our listings on our facility pages to see what our current rates are.
Do you have any covered spaces?
We do not, but you’re more than welcome to protect your vehicle with a tarp or other covering.
What times can I visit my parking space?
We allow access to our property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for current tenants. Feel free to stop by anytime that works for you!
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Is your facility paved?
Our facility grounds are laid with crushed concrete, not cement or asphalt.
How do I get in through the gate?
We provide unique passcodes to each of our tenants. Simply punch in your number at anytime and you can visit your unit!
Do I pay per vehicle or per space?
We only charge you for the space you rent from us. If you can fit two vehicles inside, you won’t be charged any more or less than the regular rate. Similarly, whether you’re storing a single car or an entire RV, we will charge you the same rate for the same amount of space.
Where are you located?
You can find us on Central Drive near Lynnhaven Mall. We’re about a mile south of I-264 in Virginia Beach, VA.
When is rent due/how?
The first of the month, but we do give a grace period of five days. If rent is not received by the 5th at 5:00 PM a $20.00 late fee will be added to your account, if you have not paid in full by 15th then a $25.00 late fee will be added. We take all kinds of debt/credit cards, check or cash.
Is there a contract?
Yes, 1 year contract that can be broken with no penalty at anytime as long as we are given 30 days notice.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, it is important to have insurance to make sure your belongings are covered, if unforeseen instances occur.
Can I reserve a space a month or two in advance?
It is possible as space becomes available along with one months rent in advance.
